I was one at the table who had no intention of eating any salad, and planned to smear it around on my plate. I was probably only a teenager the last time Grandpa served this at an occasion I attended. Every Waldorf since then left a bad taste in my mouth. But thanks to Grandpa Mandler, this classic will be added back to my table this Easter! Thanks Grandpa Mandler for the great visit!
