We hold high standards when it comes to quality, and service which you can see, taste, touch and smell in all of our great tasting goodies! We are committed to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

As the world reels from the ongoing threat of COVID-19,  we wanted to let you know that we are carefully monitoring the situation and keeping abreast on the updates and guidance from health agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization.  Safety is our top priority.  As such,  we have implemented precautionary measures across all areas of Royal Tart Bake Shop to protect our customers and team members during this time of heightened concern. 

 We have increased the health and safety practices as recommended by CDC, including:

• Provision of Hand Sanitizers in every area of the facility.
• More frequent cleaning of communal areas.
• Strictly designate personnel who pick particular products from food storage to ensure isolation of interaction with areas of the kitchen and with the food. 
• More frequent sanitizing and re-sanitizing at various times throughout the day.
• Regular temperature checks, and cleanliness communication pow-wows with our team members.
  
  

We have developed protocols for various scenarios to eradicate potential of exposure of outside influences for all areas of the kitchen and workplace facility. We have postponed large meetings, and restricted any business-related travel.  Mandated self-quarantine are also in place following guidelines set by partner groups in the event of a potential situation. Our group is presently refraining from large gatherings, limiting walk up sales, and restricting in house seating completely. We maintain a policy of masking, social distancing, within our facility and our day to day interactions when delivering orders / products to our partner locations.

We will continue to adjust our kitchen operations according to the recommendations of health authorities.  Bringing people together over the joy of eating has been our mission and we remain committed to providing a safe and quality dining experience to all our customers.  We enjoin you to help us in this endeavor through:

• Practice of proper hygiene.

• Observe proper respiratory coughing etiquette

• Maintain ‘social distance’ from one another in all our bakeshops.
